So have we pique your interest.  Well SL is free to sign-up and we have made it easy with our own Welcome center.  Here you will find friendly help to get you up to speed on how to work and play in SL.  Hell we even have some free Clothes, Items and Looks to help you get off to a good start. So after your done at the Orientation Center come to one of the many Welcome Centers  to say hi.
